The project is aimed at introducing a Smart Helmet that comes with advanced sensing technology to recognize accidents as soon as they happen and to call emergency services immediately in order to assist afflicted riders. For detecting strong impact during an accident, the helmet has a built-in vibration sensor. With a loose surface beneath them when they lose control, GPS picks up the point of the mishap and uses GSM to send the district-based messages to next available police stations or hospitals soonest possible. The smart system is based on the integration of other detection tools like vibration sensor, A9G board also accelerometer which form basis for fast and accurate response techniques.enGPS (Global Positioning System)AccelerometerGSM (Global System for Mobile Communications)A9G BoardVibration SensorIntegrating IOT for Helmet to Enhanced Safety and Connectivityproceedings-article
