Through assessments were carried out regarding parameters including order processing speed, delivery dependability, user interface design, and general satisfaction. Data collection techniques included user surveys, app analytics, and in-person interactions with customer service representatives. The importance of precise and rapid order delivery, user- friendliness, the effectiveness of promotional offers, pricing strategies, and shipping costs are all heavily emphasized in the study. The results showed that the apps differed and that certain platforms outperformed others in specific domains.
