However, the increasing misuse of such tools for unauthorized surveillance and malicious control poses significant threats to privacy, data security, and ethical standards. This project aims to develop a secure and ethical Remote Administration Tool for Android devices, designed specifically for IT administrators and cybersecurity professionals. The objective is to provide legitimate remote access capabilities while ensuring compliance with privacy laws and ethical hacking principles. The system incorporates secure communication protocols, role-based access control, and persistent background monitoring to enable authorized users to perform restricted administrative functions such as retrieving device location, battery status, and system logs. Firebase Authentication is used to enforce access control and user verification, while AES encryption secures data transmission. Real- time alerts and system notifications are delivered through Telegram Bots and Discord Webhooks to ensure responsive monitoring. The tool is designed to run silently in the background with minimal impact on device performance, and all operations are strictly limited to consent-based, ethical use cases. The implementation emphasizes modularity, security, and ease of deployment, making it suitable for use in professional cybersecurity environments. The project contributes a viable, secure alternative to malicious RATs by aligning functionality with ethical standards and legal compliance.enAndroid Device ManagementSecure CommunicationFirebase AuthenticationAES EncryptionEthical Remote Administration Tool for Android
