Abstract
Microfinancing is considered as a method of providing of funds to the unemployed or the people who are considered as the low-level income group, who would else have no accessibility for reaching out to the services offered by financial system. For a developing country like India, the backbone of our economy is the rural economy. The role of rural economy for the overall development of a country is huge. The Microfinance and the institutes that provide these funds to those in need play a significant part in minimalizing poverty, opening up more employment opportunities, thus resulting in bettering the economic conditions of the country. Microfinancing enables people to take an amount of small business loans in a safer and an ethical manner
