Abstract
Training and development is considered to be as one of the main functions of the human resource management. Training is a systematic approach where the employees are informed and also can be taught about the proceedings of technical Knowledge, about the culture of the organization, how to work, train them to achieve success in their careers and also to those which are associated with their jobs. It focuses on teaching the employees how to use machines software’s or how to do specific tasks to increase efficiency in the organization and within themselves. Coming to development it refers to the overall holistic and educational growth and company’s growth and the personality of person in the managerial field. Both of the training and development in the human resource management department is said to be as the base for getting and also knowing the best out of every employee working in the organization.
