Abstract
We are seeing the shift of consumers from offline purchase
to online or e-commers. Because to the internet people can indulge in various activities like
searching for information about something, communicating with others across the distance and
time and they can even carry out different transactions like buying and selling through internet.
Here online reviews have become an immensely powerful tool which shows its effects on
consumer behaviour and influencing there purchasing decisions.
