Abstract
The digital era has caused a significant change in consumer behavior, with people now being more
connected, informed, and influential than before. Social media platforms, search engines, ecommerce websites, and mobile applications are some of the digital contact points that have
expanded the chances for businesses to interact with their desired audiences. Nevertheless, they
have also brought about fresh hurdles for handling brand reputation and maintaining a solid brand
image. Today's customers are seeking personalized engagement, transparency, genuineness, and
commitment to social causes from the businesses they interact with. Not meeting these
expectations could result in a brand losing customers and experiencing significant damage to its
reputation.
