Abstract
The growing emphasis on workplace safety, health, and wellness programs reflects a critical
shift in how organizations view employee wellbeing. Rather than treating such programs as
optional or regulatory obligations, businesses today acknowledge their role in shaping
organizational culture and enhancing workforce efficiency. The data from this study, collected
through primary surveys at Varun Beverages Ltd., aims to measure the real impact of these
initiatives on employee engagement and productivity
